You retain full access and ultimate decision-making authority, while we provide the security foundation, ongoing management, and expert guidance to help you navigate complex AWS terrain safely.

How does your pricing model work?

Accepted Answer

The Managed delivery model is 1.5% of your monthly AWS usage, applied after credits. Dedicated is a custom quote based on your scope and footprint.

The 1.5% covers the safeZONE foundation: account structure, security baseline, compliance controls, drift detection, and cost monitoring. It does not cover infrastructure development or application work. Most clients combine safeZONE with an INIT 2 retainer (32 hours/month), which covers ongoing architecture, development, and DevOps support on top of the foundation.

We're transparent about this upfront because we think you should know exactly what you're buying before we talk.

Our data is highly sensitive - how do you keep it protected?

safeZONE applies layered controls, continuous monitoring, and compliance-aligned guardrails across your AWS environment so security is built in from day one.

Question 4

Can you help us with our industry's compliance requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We tailor controls, architecture, and evidence processes to your regulatory context so your team can meet audits and customer requirements with less friction.

Question 5

We already have an AWS environment. Can you adopt it, or is this greenfield only?

Accepted Answer

Both work. We can deploy safeZONE as a fresh environment, or onboard an existing AWS organization and bring it up to baseline.

The starting point changes the timeline, not the destination.

Question 6

Is there a minimum monthly fee?

Accepted Answer

No. The 1.5% applies to whatever your AWS usage is.

That said, safeZONE is built for teams running real workloads with compliance or governance pressure. If your AWS bill is small and you have no compliance constraints, you probably do not need this yet.

Question 7

What if something breaks, or we need engineering work beyond the foundation?

safeZONE is the managed foundation, not the team that builds on top of it. Incident response, feature work, and ongoing engineering go through one of our [collaboration models](/collaboration), typically a retainer or a scoped project.

Most clients pair safeZONE with an INIT retainer for exactly that reason.

Question 8

What happens to our infrastructure if we cancel?

Accepted Answer

You keep the OpenTofu code for your accounts and workloads. We hand it over and walk your team, or whoever comes after us, through it.

The pipeline and management framework that runs safeZONE itself (its triggers, structure, internal logic) stays with us. The handoff itself is scoped as a separate engagement through one of our [collaboration models](/collaboration).
